3 minute guided visualisation meditation for better times after covid 19 corona law of attraction

All this with the corona virus has made the world an interesting place at the moment, so I made a guided visualisation meditation, to see it from the other side, I hope it makes you feel better, if only for a while. All the small positive things add up x

 A Visualisation For Better Times
Find a quiet spot, Close your eyes, take some deep breaths.
On the screen in your mind, imagine this...
You are a few weeks or months into the future.
Look back over the events of the recent past...
Acknowledge the fear, unknown, isolation, separation...
It was hard, but you made it through.
Visualize when the world made it through.
Graphs, charts and numbers of all the negative things reduced.
Peoplekind found a new side to ourselves.
Remember how relieved you felt when leaders announced the situation was improving.
That feeling of lightness as the isolation and distancing was lifted.
Smiled as you remember how amazing it felt to see your loved ones again, in person and not through just a screen or phone.
Remember how brilliant it felt to hug your family and friends again, how your jaw ached from smiling so much.
That whole experience is now a fading memory, that left us all changed for the better, to a perspective of increased love, and gratitude and appreciation, and connectedness.
Give yourself the time, enjoy and experience all the feelings, see it all in full color, hear every sound, pick up on all the scents, the joy, the love, the relief, the gratitude, the newfound inner strength and the new abundance in the world.
You have now set something wonderful in motion, and now reality must move in that direction, whether it is the power within or a greater power, your subconscious, energy, science, vibrations or something else.
You don't need to worry.
Remember the feeling, take a deep breath.
Change is the only constant, so you know for certain that it will all change again very soon.
Knowing that, keep an open mind and heart that looks for glimmers of what you just visualized.
